Hong Kong Food Guide - Where and what to eat in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a food paradise, and there are plenty of eateries and restaurants to explore. Besides the local street food and eateries, there are also famous, and expensive, Michelin-starred restaurants scattered all over the city. Thankfully, one Michelin-starred eatery kept its price affordable for the masses. This famous roasted goose eatery can be found in Hong Kong island, and is one of the places we headed to for a meal. Dim sum is a must for breakfast, while there are lots of delicious snacks to enjoy, including their egg tarts.

Of course, they also have the famous milk tea, which comes unsweetened. Thanks to the younger generation, many modern sweetened milk tea stores popped up all over the city, and those with a sweet tooth will surely find themselves satisfied. You might realise that the word 'famous' is used a lot in this paragraph, and that is expected since Hong Kong truly has lots of famous delicious food. Check out the food places we headed to when we travelled to Hong Kong!

When I first started planning a trip to Brisbane, my good friend suggested I should head down to Byron Bay. She mentioned that it is such a nice and peaceful place, and is really beautiful too. While everyone knows Gold Coast and its pretty beaches, Byron Bay is essentially the low-profile sister who is in reality the more beautiful of the two. Add all these to the fact that Chris Hemsworth stays there too! Having heard such great things about Byron Bay, I had to head down to discover for myself.

I started the day with brunch at The Croft House, where the bacon and eggs were fantastic. It was a proper breakfast that gave me the energy I required to make the 2-hour drive down to Byron Bay.

Foodies will love Melbourne, as the city serves some of the best food in the country! Coffee lovers already know about the numerous independent coffee houses the city has, where there is little need to rely on huge coffee chains for a shot of caffeine. Simply walk down any street in the Central Business District and chances are you will be able to find a shop that serves good coffee.

Whether you crave Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese, you will take comfort in the fact that you can take your pick as you walk along the streets. Shops set up by Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese means you get the most authentic food without even needing to step into those countries. Want some pasta and gelato? Head to Lygon Street and choose one of the many Italian eateries available there. Want good ol’ Australian? Take your pick as you walk down the streets in Melbourne.

Simply put, there is just room for everyone in Melbourne, no matter where you come from. Check out our reviews below on all the restaurants we tried in Melbourne! We love them all!

When in Dubai, one of the key things tourists look forward to is to see the desert. Funnily enough, it can be quite difficult to see nothing but sand when in Dubai. This is of course due to the incredible speed at which the city grew, and visitors will more likely see a metropolitan city when he touches down in Dubai.

Nowadays, there are dedicated tours available to bring tourists to the desert, and it includes various activities to entertain them. For us, this was definitely on our bucket list, and we did quite some research beforehand to select a good tour operator. We found Platinum Heritage and saw that it received lots of good reviews. The fact that many Hollywood celebrities also used the tour operator impressed us, since this surely spoke of its quality.
